Remove all debris, trees, and obstructions from the build site plus a 3′ perimeter.
The site must be level within 3-4 inches across the entire footprint.
Decide between concrete, gravel, or ground installation based on your needs.
Ensure all underground utility lines are marked before the installation crew arrives.
If our crew arrives and the site is not level, an additional return trip fee may apply. Please double-check your site before the scheduled date.
Building codes vary by state and municipality. Most permanent structures require a permit. We provide the engineering documentation you need to get approved.
We provide generic engineered drawings for all buildings. Site-specific wet-stamped drawings are available for an additional fee.
