Custom Options
Doors, windows, and insulation add to the total.
While wood may seem cheaper upfront, steel is 30-40% more cost-effective over its lifespan due to zero maintenance and lower insurance costs.
Don’t just measure your car. Account for door swing, storage, and future larger vehicles.
Installing without a permit can lead to fines or being forced to remove the building.
Choosing a regular roof in a high-snow area is a recipe for structural failure.
A site that isn’t level will cause the building to be out of square, affecting door function.
Adding insulation later is much harder. It prevents condensation and regulates temperature.
Remember to account for roof racks, antennas, or future RV/Camper purchases.
The cheapest option often lacks the engineering and gauge thickness needed for longevity.
