We Sell New Steel Buildings
Custom and standard steel garages, barns, carports, workshops, commercial buildings, and utility structures built new to your specifications.
We Deliver Free — 46 States
Every order includes free delivery of all building components to your property anywhere in the 46 contiguous states.
We Install Professionally
Our own certified installation crews assemble your building on-site. Not subcontracted. Full build from component delivery through final walkthrough.
We Warrant Our Work
90-day workmanship warranty on installation and 20-year limited material warranty on structural components included on every order.
What Falls Outside Our Scope
These are the most common things buyers assume are included — but are not part of what we provide. Understanding this upfront helps you plan your project without surprises.
Site Preparation
We do not level, grade, or prepare your land for installation. Your site must be level, accessible, and have suitable drainage before our crew arrives. This is the buyer’s responsibility.
Concrete or Foundation Work
We do not pour concrete slabs, footings, or any foundation work. If your build requires a concrete base, you will need to arrange that separately before installation day.
Permits & Permit Applications
Permit acquisition is your responsibility. We provide full building specifications and load documentation to support your application, but we do not apply for, obtain, or pay for building permits on your behalf.
Repairs to Existing Buildings
We do not repair, patch, or modify existing metal buildings — including structures installed by other companies. We build new buildings only.
Add-Ons to Existing Structures
We do not add panels, sections, doors, or extensions to buildings we did not originally install. All customization decisions must be made before your order is placed.
Individual Parts or Components
We do not sell individual carport parts, replacement panels, or spare components. We sell complete new buildings only.
Wood Structures or Pole Barns
We specialize in steel buildings only. We do not build wooden structures, pole barns, or hybrid wood-and-steel combinations.
Buildings Over 80 Feet Wide
Our current building configurations go up to 80 feet in width. We do not currently offer structures wider than 80 feet as standard or custom configurations.

Site Prep & Concrete
Contact a local general contractor, landscaping company, or concrete specialist in your area. Your local building authority can often recommend approved contractors.
Building Permits
Contact your county or municipal building department. They will tell you what is required. We provide all building specifications and documentation you’ll need to support your application.
Repairs & Existing Buildings
Contact a local metal building contractor or the original manufacturer of your existing structure. We recommend reaching out to your county’s contractor licensing board for referrals.
